Founded in 2025
The Installment Training Program (ITP) was founded by Ryan Belcher, whose vision grew from both personal experience and a passion for helping others build better futures. Ryan saw firsthand the challenges faced by individuals re-entering society, single parents striving to support their families, and hardworking people searching for new career opportunities. He recognized a gap in training for the growing furniture installation and logistics industry—an industry that offers not just jobs, but the chance to build thriving businesses. With ITP, Ryan created a program that combines hands-on technical training with safety certification, financial literacy, and business development. His goal is simple: to give people the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to achieve independence, stability, and success.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build lasting careers and businesses in the furniture installation and logistics industry. Through hands-on training, OSHA certification, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship education, we provide opportunities for single parents, re-entry citizens, and career seekers to achieve financial independence, professional growth, and generational success.
Our vision is to become a national leader in workforce and entrepreneurial training, transforming lives and communities by turning practical skills into opportunities. We envision a future where every participant—whether seeking a fresh start, supporting a family, or building a business—can access the tools, mentorship, and education needed to create sustainable careers, thriving businesses, and stronger communities.
